Policies are important in schools because they help establish procedures and create standards of quality for learning and safety, as well as expectations and accountability. Without them, we would lack the structure and function necessary to provide the educational needs of our students.
Pathfinder Schools has policies that run across every school in the Trust. Individual schools also have policies of their own, determined by their own Head Teachers and Governors.
