Hawthorn Community Primary School is situated in Kettering and currently has 311 children on role and we are looking to add a HLTA to our team. The role will be varied, covering short time teacher absences, weekly class cover across the school as well as undertaking classroom support or targeted interventions, depending on the needs of the school.
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can:
- Put the child at the heart of their learning and development
- Build great relationships with their parents and families
- Work to ensure excellent progress for the classes that you cover
- Bring new ideas to enhance our provision further
- Be a team player that can work alongside our existing staff
