On 9th May Ann Davey, CEO and Ashely Izzard Snape, Headteacher at Loatlands, delivered the first part of the NPQML course to a group of middle leaders from across Northamptonshire and beyond. This is the first course that MCLP has delivered in partnership with OLP (Outstanding Leaders Partnership) and will help create the school leaders of the future.
